Job Description:
Type and format documents as requested by the management and other head office-based employees if required.
Introduce and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Manage and coordinate with the department as required.
Responsible for updating administration databases as required. I.E. staff KPI’s and performance reviews etc.
Develop, implement, and maintain a reference number and filing system in conjunction with the operational requirements.
Complete management reports as advised by the Head of the Department.
Maintained management and staff annual leave database.

Requirements and skills:
Prepare letters, emails, and other correspondence.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knows how to prepare reports.
Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
Able to handle pressure.
