A well established Company is looking for an Electric Car Sales Manager
Location: Dubai
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree
Must have a minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Car Sales Manager
With Excellent Communication Skills
Must be knowledgeable or an expert in Electric Cars
Ability to lead a team
Job Responsibilities:
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
- Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs
- Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
- Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
- Displays, merchandises, and promotes new vehicles.
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
- Serves as liaison between the sales department and other departments.
- Analyses and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
maintains a professional appearance. - Attends manager’s meetings as requested.
