Team Leader/ Sales Manager


We are hiring a Team Leader/ Sales Manager  for one of the leading Realestate and Leasing in the UAE
Location: The Palm – Dubai
Ideal Profile:
Must have very good ( Min Minimum of 5 years of Business Development or Sales Expertise) Business Accumulation in real estate with a focus on achieving sales targets, especially in the Palm area and Business Bay

Salary Package: 10K AED +

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in leading and managing the sales team within a real estate company. They are responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and works towards the overall sales objectives of the company.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales or business management are advantageous.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance.
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry contacts.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance their sales skills and overall performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Provide ongoing training and development programs for the sales team to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement effective sales campaigns, promotions, and strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the CSO and senior management.
