Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to work closely with our CEO. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and preferably who born in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus that possess knowledge in real estate and business, and be able to provide translation services during meetings. The role will also involve administrative duties and requires flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities:

– Serve as a translator during meetings, ensuring effective communication between parties.

– Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.

– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

– Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

– Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.

– Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.

– Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– Fluency in both Russian and English is a must.

– Knowledge of real estate and business practices.

– Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

– Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
