We are looking for Experienced Receptionist cum Admin for our company Unicorn Electromechanical LLC, based in Dubai, female candidate only, who has experience as receptionist, multitasking, can work under pressure, good communication skills, interested candidate share their profile.
Current Job opening:

1. Receptionist /Admin ( immediate joining)

The ideal candidate will have the following
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflects a professional image.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews.
Assist with IT-related tasks, such as maintaining IT assets record and coordinating with IT teams
Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and operations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
