Urgently Hiring: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Specialist (Female) to join our dynamic company in Dubai. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending employment offers.
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in a recruitment or technology-driven organization.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team.
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations is highly desirable.
