Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose :
The purpose of the HR Advisor function is to offer educated & effective guidance on HRM operational functions and strategic perspectives to the Executives, leaders, managers, and other staff members regarding the Department’s HR policies, procedures, models, processes, systems, employee’s experience (EX) Journey maps, as well as communication and implementation of HR fast transformational changes caused by Artificial Intelligence (AI), employee wellbeing – Employees’ new generation’s characteristics, and the fierce competition around human talents, which is becoming a corner stone in organization’s success and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities: –
1. Provide high quality, accurate and timely HR advice and support to Executives, leaders, managers and employees.
2. Provide support to vision development and strategic initiatives and objectives.
3. Delivers a range of administrative and support services to support the effective operation of the HR team.
4. Sources / researches and compiles a range of HR information to support decision making.
5. Audits the HR records and databases, for compliance, quality, and efficiency.
6. Analyzes and recommends continuous improvement in HR.
7. Audits data integrity and information quality of HRM Artificial Intelligence Decisions “AI”
8. Manage Delivery of HR initiatives such as (Design thinking /EX (Employee Experience) mapping /Employee commitment.
9. Tracks HR metrics and develops management reports.
10. Develops HRM strategic directions.
11. Uses HR analytical tools and metrics.
12. Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or related field.
– Post-graduate Degree or certified HR Professional

Work Experience:
– A minimum of 9 to 11 years of HRM work experience, 3 years of which at Advisory level (preferably in UAE Governmental entities).
