Job Role: English Teacher
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part Time
Job Location: Mankhool,Dubai
UAE (Candidates currently residing in UAE only preferred)
Qualification: Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature with B.Ed
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English language skills
* Familiarity with IELTS, GMAT, and SAT is mandatory
* Ability to take online/offline classes and keeping students engaged
* Proficient in the use of technology and computer applications as required
* Up-to-date with latest teaching techniques and topics in English
* Previous Experience as English Teacher
* UAE Experience is an advantage
* Must have patient and resilient personality
Job Description:
* Plan and prepare lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with the curriculum goal
* Keen on improving student’s listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in individual and group sessions
* Research new language teaching methods that are appropriate to the academic level and meet the diverse needs of students
* Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
* Assign homework according to the student’s ability and workload
* Maintain accurate and complete student records including attendance, grades, assessments, and test scores.
* Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
* Communicate with parents about student progress or problems
* Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of institute programs
