Architecture & interior design studio Bashta is looking for a Supervision Engineer for its projects in Dubai on part-time basis.
Main goals
Acceptance of projects – completeness, execution on time, no errors, compliance with the client’s interests.
Surveys of existing structures and the state of the entrusted object.
Monitoring the implementation of approved construction and installation technologies.
Control of compliance of the materials used with the design ones.
Quality control of construction and installation works for the project’s requirements and standards.
Monitoring the availability and maintaining compliance with the facility’s health, safety, and security requirements.
Control of the availability and maintenance of documentation (journals, plans-reports).
Control over the maintenance and unloading of photo-fixation of the project implementation process in the storage.
Providing reports at meetings with management on the implementation of the project.
Communication with project contractors.
 Requirements
Construction education and experience working on projects in the Middle East.
Ability to defend one’s opinion with reason.
Proficiency in English at the level of fluent written and oral communication.
Mobility for rapid movement between objects.
