Job Description

Daily operational management
Answering and directing phone calls
Setting & confirming appointments
Client meetings.
Managing Staff documents and details.
Travel if required.
Managing Office Errands

Skills And Experience Required

Basic computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
Candidates must have good knowledge of data handling
Excellent communication skills.
Good phone manner
Excellent team player
