We are looking a “SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER” having 1-2 Years’ experience (Preferable in the Mobile and Home Appliance industry).
Preferable Arabic Speaking as well as English & Hindi.

Location: RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE
This position will serve to undertake an execute the effective functioning of supply chain processes including sourcing, ordering, receiving, liaising with suppliers, contract monitoring, reporting on and ensuring compliance with supply chain policies and regulations, including coordinating the procurement of day-today goods and services.
Key skills
Planning delivery timetables.
Ensuring stores have enough stocks.
Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand.
Overseeing the ordering and Monitoring stock levels.
Overseeing arrival of shipments and allocate correct account codes to the relevant goods and services ordered.
Complete requisitions for all purchases and submit to supervisor for approval and ordering.
Record all purchase orders sequentially in a software and maintain records.
Receive and record all requisitions for purchases done.
Negotiate price discounts and possible savings on procurement of goods and services.
Arrange credit applications for all company procurements as approved by management.
Receive ordered stock, verify, and check to ensure the correct quantity and quality, and distributes to the relevant offices.
Report and follow up on discrepancies with regard to deliveries Receive and certify invoices for goods and services delivered for the Company.
Arrange credit notes, and check that these are in line with computerized information.
Reconcile all invoices to purchase orders and other supporting documents and timely submit all invoices for payment.
Follow up outstanding account enquiries.
Updates any inventory information in the system.
