Medical Equipment-Sales Supervisor

 

A Medical Company has a vacancy for a motivated, results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead Sales of Medical Equipment team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and coordinates the activities of the Sales team.

• Implements business sales plan to increase market shares.

• Development, implementation, and monitoring of the annual sales forecast

• Should play a fundamental role in developing future growth and provide sales vision, direction and leadership to the team.

• Should also be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategies for the company in all product range in both Government and Private sectors.

• Responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the budget set by the company for the financial year and provide sales support by product presentations through strategic sales technique to existing and new customers.

• Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures to improve team performance and selling techniques Implements sales programs to developing sales and increase market shares.

• Completes sales requirements by scheduling and assigning Sales team following up on work results

• Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information, and handle other related customer support requirements.

• To provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing & new customers.

• Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.

Skills:

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Sales and Marketing of Medical Equipment and should possess the following attributes:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biotechnology is preferred.

• At least 5-8 years of experience as Sales Engineer of Medical equipment.

• UAE Work Experience

• Must be in UAE

• Holding a UAE Driving License and must own a car.
