Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent with a focus on logistics operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our clients, carriers, and internal teams. Your
primary responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information regarding shipments, delivery status, and logistics processes.
Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Logistics Operations:
Coordinating with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Tracking and monitoring shipments to proactively address any potential delays or issues.
Collaborating with carriers to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and logistics activities.
Generating reports to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service with a focus on logistics operations.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, including shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and supply chain management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
