Service Desk Analyst (Arabic)


Job Title: Service Desk Analyst – Arabic
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 2 Years – Extendable
Salary: 16000 AED
Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related fields
5 years’ work experience in service desk/customer services
Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL framework/processes
Experience in handling and managing SLAs
Aware about ITIL Foundation.
Experience in using CRM/ITSM/ticketing tools
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge on Internet surfing, search engines, etc.
Appropriate typing speed: (English ~25 wpm)
Enthusiasm about Abu Dhabi, knowledge of Emirate growth plans, ongoing events, and general Government services will be helpful.
Network Administration experience (Monitoring, Implementation, Troubleshooting…etc.)
Application support knowledge and experience(SQL,DB) .
System Administration experience (Access management, DNS, email…etc.).
