Job Role:
Business Development Officer (BDO)
Job Purpose:
Engage with both prospective and existing clients on the business
offering of the company to develop company’s business in UAE and
other Gulf countries.
Lead generation, closure and on-boarding of clients via activities,
self-sourcing and other channels.
Actively participate in all matters related to products and on how to
turn them into marketable ideas for our clients.
Provide feedback based on customer interactions to further improve
the offerings to our clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for views, ideas, and projects.
Support DHF business and proactively look to enhance our offering
to our clients and prospects.
Have an impact with his/her contribution to the business and the
company.
Key Result Areas:
• Achieve monthly KPIs and sales numbers as per business objective
and goals.
• Acquire, develop and strengthen customer acquisition through
effective relationship management and cold calling.
• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Thorough professional consultative analysis for customers/prospects.
• Active sourcing and prospecting of customers.
• Ensure superior customer service thereby contributing to the overall
customer experience of our Internal/External clients.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• University Graduate
• Exposure and knowledge of financial market & banking domain will
be preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
• Problem solving skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy.
