Air Quality and Climate Change Consultant
We Earth Link and Advanced Resources Development (ELARD), an environmental and regional consultancy group servicing the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, have an opportunity for an air quality and climate change consultant with at least 7 to 10 years of experience for our offices in the UAE. We welcome applications from those with relevant work experience in Europe and Middle East. Applicants will have a solid understanding of both climate change and air quality issues, legislation and have some experience in dispersion modelling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of technical projects including communication with clients and managing time across several tasks and projects. He/she will work closely with the team based in UAE and Lebanon to deliver high quality solutions on a range of projects. The role will include significant climate change and air quality technical work using relevant modelling software’s, provision of technical reports and project/ task management.
Key Qualification and Experience
 A Bachelors, Masters or PhD in a related scientific subject
 Strong air quality or climate change technical skills evidenced by a detailed project portfolio from a consulting environment
 Mitigation and adaptation assessment in a context of climate change
 Air quality data interpretation
 Emission inventory development
 Project management skills
