Responsibilities:
A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.
Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language
Proficient in desktop application and Microsoft Office
Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
Candidates must complete our training course
Compensation:
Total compensation package: AED 2,500 AED (Target Oriented)
