▪️ 𝐉𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 & 𝟑𝐃 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫 (𝟏 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧)
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Contribute ideas and design artwork, demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches.
2. 3D modeling and texture photo accurate models within 3ds Max, Sketchup.
3. Experience using Vray, Lumion, and other design application software.
4. Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office
5. Prepares detailed working drawings, designs, material lists, BOQ, and quotations.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: University Architectural Degree with 1 – 2 years of experience.
