Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or HR diploma.
2. Minimum 10 years of HR experience of which at least 5 years of senior management expertise.5 years Auditing Experience is an added value
3. Ability to manage large HR functions of multifaceted fast-paced conglomerates
4. Organizational Structuring and Compensation & Benefits market studies awareness.
5. Leadership Skills.
6. Financial & Budgeting Awareness
7. Data gathering and analytical skills.
