Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR Officer with experience in the real estate sector to manage and execute various HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, talent acquisition, employee relations, and overall HR operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the real estate sector.
2. Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
3. Employee Relations: Address employee queries, concerns, and conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to employees and managers on performance improvement plans.
5. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, staying up-to-date with any legislative changes relevant to the real estate industry in Dubai.
6. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support professional development initiatives for employees.
7. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in the real estate industry in Dubai.
2. In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
3. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 of relevant HR experience in the real estate industry.
