Job Summary
Business Development Manager expands our clientele. H/She will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create & manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
Create new business through existing and new clients.
Responsible for generating leads and ensuring sales targets are met.
Proactively provide clients with learning and development solutions as well as reactively respond to client requests.
Hands-on experience in the development of training programs and initiatives in response to changing needs.
Customize training programs and products as per clients’ requirements..

Job Requirements
Residents of Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a MUST
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
(4 – 6) years of industry-related business development experience.
Both Learning and Business Development background is a MUST)
A strong background in delivering toward revenue targets.
A track record of meeting revenue targets with a client base in the region.
Detail-oriented in helping clients identify, assess, and prioritize their learning objectives.
Organized in planning, implementing, and reviewing initiatives.
Experience in selling Learning & Consultation solutions.
Familiar with CRM systems.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
Very Good at Microsoft Office (Microsoft word – PowerPoint – Excel).
