We are hiring for Manager Project Control,
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Experience in project control management with construction Oil & gas Industry,
Years of work experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control management roles.
Develop and implement project control strategies and plans to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the plan, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Analyze project data and provide accurate and timely reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and potential risks.
Coordinate with project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
Identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on project delivery.
Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to meet project objectives.
Review and evaluate project performance against established goals and objectives, making recommendations for process improvements.
Stay current with industry best practices and trends in project control management, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and growth.
