Data Research

Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources such as LinkedIn, directories, websites, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations, calls.

Database Cleaning

Telephone customers in order to update contact information.
Ensure data captured is kept clean and in correct format for uploading.

Visitor Telemarketing

To build effective relationships with potential visitors, in order to get them to register for Light Middle East.
Ensure visitor details are complete and correct, including contact details, profiles and nature of business.
Assist Visitors to complete the VOR whilst on the phone
Follow up visitor queries including writing letters/emails to respond to correspondence, travel arrangements, WhatsApp.

Meeting Arrangement

Arrange and schedule meetings between the exhibitors and visitors
 

Computer Skills

Essential: Microsoft Office products, Outlook

Preferred: Advanced Excel skills

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience within a Marketing, Sales, Call Centre or Telemarketing Department

Fluent in English written/spoken

Personal Attribute:

Good communication skills and telephone manner, helpful attitude, courteous, good customer service, organised, efficient, can handle pressure and work to tight deadlines, team player and good command of English (written and spoken).

Duration: 2 months
