1.Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
2.Maintain database of guest room availability like vacant, occupied etc.,
3.Check the online booking of hotel room and follow up the customer about the booking status.
4.Maintain record of Check-in & checkouts of the guest room and divert to the payments to finance team.
5.Coordinate with guest & housekeeping team for daily routine activities.
6.Issue access card to the guest and route the guest complaints to concern team members.
7.Hear and resolve complaints from customers.
8.File and maintain visitor in and out data records.
9.Receive payment and record receipts for services.
10.Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
11.Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
Nationality: Preferred Pilipino/ Myanmar/ Indian
Salary: AED 2000/-
Experience: 2-years’ experience in hotel booking
Gender: Female
Height: Above 155cm
Visa: Visit Visa valid for 2 months or Dependent visa
