Business Development Manager

We are looking for Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth within a company. Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Job Responsibilities

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Negotiate large and complex deals
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Enhances the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
Maintains an up-to-date short/long term leads pipeline.
Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
Examines risks and potential for business opportunities.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction by achieving Survey on customer satisfaction
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Job Qualifications/ Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Proven track record of successfully hitting targets and growing client base
Experience in building new relationships and hunting new business
Good team player. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to remain corporately focused
Have the energy and drive to work under pressure to hit tight targets.
Excellent organization and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
