Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year experience in IVF facility. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients or referring doctors
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
• Developing rapport with key decision makers
• Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
• Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings

Qualifications:
• 1+ years’ experience in IVF Facility in UAE
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
• UAE Valid Driving License
