What we are seeking for:
-We are looking for an enthusiastic Filipina candidate for our newest job opening as Admin Coordinator in Holiday Homes.
-Acts as the main point of contact for all new property queries
-Manage and update the CRM to ensure that all information is correct and complete
-Provides updates to stakeholders on progress and issues as and when necessary
-Responsible for documentation and logging new properties on the CRM
-Take charge on keeping files of the property inventory
-Manage the leads and coordinating with the team to take urgent action
-Awareness on the property trend and up to date prices per area/location
-Market research for property information when needed.
Qualifications for this role:
-Experience in the same field is an advantage
-Excellent command of English including but not limited to spelling & correct grammar.
-Outstanding telephone etiquette
-Excellent communication skills is a must
-Ability to negotiate the property prices
-Ability to cope up with stress
-Ability to multi-task
-Decision maker
-Problem solver
-Presentable
-Proactive
