We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Clinic Manager or Clinic Manager to join a Medical Facility in Abu Dhabi
Full-time position
5-6 days per week
40-48 hours per week
Proficiency in English (Western training is a plus but not mandatory)
Prior experience in the medical field is a must
A polished and professional demeanour
Competitive salary starting from 15,000 AED (Negotiable)

 Your Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day clinic operations
Ensuring clear and effective communication among the entire team
Handling patient feedback and complaints with grace
Scheduling and managing clinic staff
Monitoring and assessing staff performance
Assisting in keeping policies up-to-date
Preparing for and facilitating inspections
Playing a key role in hiring and onboarding new employees
Collaborating with our Marketing Team to support our clinic’s growth
