Are you a motivated Resident Engineer with a consultancy background looking to take your career to the next level?
We are seeking a talented Resident Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, working closely with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from design to completion
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
Conduct daily site inspections and report on progress
Identify and resolve construction issues promptly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations
Maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Resident Engineer in a consultancy environment
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus
