– Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests
– Act as the point of reference for clients who need assistance or information
– Understand clients requirements and provide them with solutions
– Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
Previous experiences as Client Relations Officer required (2 years minimum)
Must possess a professional presentation
Outstanding client service skills, sophisticated verbal & written
communication skills
– Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Highly responsible and reliable
– High school diploma; degree in hotel management or relevant field
2 languages minimum
Fluent in English (mandatory) and other languages needed in addition to English
