Sharaf DG Energy is expanding its Team and would like to welcome qualified applicants for the position of a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Solar & Energy Enhancement initiatives. The primary objective is to attract and retain customers, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Pre-qualification:

3+ years of experience
UAE-based
Strong English communication & writing skills
Arabic fluency is advantage
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Email marketing tools, Design softwares ( AP, AI, etc ).

Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conducting market research to identify target audiences, consumer behaviors, and market trends.
Marketing Strategy: Developing marketing plans and strategies based on the research findings. Setting marketing goals, determining target markets, and creating marketing campaigns to reach and engage the intended audience.
Branding and Positioning: Developing and maintaining a strong brand identity. This involves creating brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, and positioning the brand effectively in the market.
Advertising and Promotion: Planning and executing advertising and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads. This may include online advertising, print media, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
Content Creation: Creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels. This can include writing blog posts, articles, social media posts, website copy, and email newsletters.
Digital Marketing: Utilizing digital marketing techniques and platforms to reach the target audience. This may involve managing social media accounts, optimizing websites for search engines (SEO), running online advertising campaigns ( Google Ads, Social Media Ads ), and analyzing digital marketing analytics.
Campaign Management: Planning and managing marketing campaigns from start to finish. This includes budgeting, timeline management, tracking campaign performance, and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Generating reports and providing insights to make data-driven decisions for future marketing activities.
Relationship Building: Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Building relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, agencies, and partners, to support marketing initiatives.
Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new marketing techniques, and emerging technologies. Seeking professional development opportunities and attending relevant conferences or workshops to enhance marketing skills.

Corporate Benefits:

Salary: AED 7,500 – AED 12,000 basis of experience
