Job Purpose:
Product installation and Configuration
Configuration of access controls and security in our products
Maintenance and performance monitoring of customer systems and implementation
Application Development
Troubleshooting
Able to perform most of the tasks involved in the role with limited assistance from peers or support services.
Contribute to technical efforts with project delivery and roll-out management.
Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of company’s products and solutions.
Ability to meet flexible travel requirements (within and outside UAE) in for customer support or trainings.
Demonstrated track record of successful application of technical knowledge for implementations and troubleshooting.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Working Knowledge of Desktop OS like Windows 8 and Windows 10.
Working Knowledge of Server OS like Windows Server 2008/2012/2016.
Working knowledge of database platforms like SQL Server 2012/2014/2016, Oracle.
Proficiency with C# is a must, with a familiarity of its coding environment (which is mainly Microsoft’s Visual Studio).
Knowledge of the .NET framework and its newest features.
Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented programming.
Knowledge of the Web frameworks like ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API
Knowledge of the Communication frameworks like WCF, ASP.NET Web API and Web Services.
Experience working on UI/UX projects
Basic knowledge of AngularJS and Angular 6 or equivalent/higher.
