Passionate about HealthTech and the Telehealth industry? I am partnering with an award winning, high growth HealthTech start up based in Dubai. The company is looking to expand in various sectors within HealthTech and hire great talents within the space.
They are now looking for a Marketing Director who will own the entire marketing mix and drive the growth of the brand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible in leading an effective marketing strategy to propel the company’s growth. He/she will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, develop integrated marketing strategies and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Run the entire marketing function with a focus on B2C marketing and lead generation
Strategic and tactical execution of campaigns
End to end brand and performance marketing functions
Manage CRM and marketing automation strategies
Track performance metrics, analyse data, maintain data quality, optimise various ratios
Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
Oversee marketing department, aligning marketing team goals and KPIs to business needs
