Sun Management Group is looking for a business setup advisor (minimum 5 years experience in company formation/ business setup/corporate & Management consulting) with sound knowledge of Mainland/ Freezone and Offshore Company Setups.
Responsibilities and Skillset: –
· Knowledge of documentation, application preparation, submission, follow-up, and processing Company setup in UAE.
· Responsible for communicating with various free zones for enquiring about various ongoing packages and other relevant costs.
· Responsible for preparing client proposals, submissions, and follow-ups.
· Responsible for the processing of Trade licenses and renewals in various free zones.
· Responsible for document submissions, collection and coordination between the Company, Clients, and various free zones across UAE.
· Should be well aware of the new rules, regulations, and laws with respect to issues such as Commercial company law, Free Zones law, UBO/ESR, etc.,
The salary range would be AED 5000 – AED 7500. UAE residence visa shall be provided with other benefits as per the UAE Law.
