We require an assistant office manager to handling varying tasks including:

1. Creating reports (must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook) Pls do not send your CV if you dont’ know how to use EXCEL and WORD and OUTLOOK.

2. Creating quotations, invoices and data entry (Knowledge of QUICKBOOKS will be a bonus)

3. Answering phone calls and taking messages

4. Working closely to Office Manager, Accountant and other members of the sales team

Working hours are 8am-4pm Monday – Friday; Saturday hours are till 3pm.

Transport to and fro provided from SHARJAH only. 1 hour lunch break in the office.
