About the Role:

•Manage the sourcing, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

•Ensure smooth on-boarding process of the new employees.

•Assisting with the Day-to-Day operations of the Human Capital functions.

•Responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work.

•Handling employees’ grievances and disciplinary issues.

•Prepares weekly updates to the respective Operations Team for the Recruitment and Current

Manpower status.

•Conduct restaurant visits.

•Providing excellent assistance and support to all employees.

•Undertake specific projects within the HC function as required.

The following are essentials for the role:

•Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

•Minimum of 2 years’ experience as HC Executive in a related industry.

•Advanced proficiency in Office and Business administration software.

•Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

•Understanding of UAE Labor laws and Disciplinary procedures.

•Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

•Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
