We are looking for an experienced Digital marketing specialist to join our team. You will help us use web technologies to achieve the business growth goals by identifying needs and new opportunities along with an aspiration to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media etc)
• Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
• Monitor and create SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
• Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Liaise with Marketing, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Maintain SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Requirements
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
