Role- Excellent Experience in handling HR Generalist Role.

Details-

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
 CIPD certification is preferred.
 5-8 years of similar role experience.
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP- Microsoft Dynamics AX/ SAP/Oracle.
 Good understanding of UAE Labor Law.
 Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
 Proficiency in financial analysis.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Self-starter who takes pride in good execution and is motivated to improve processes
and find solutions.
