For our last mile delivery company sales team in Dubai, we are now looking for performance-driven Sales Executive.
You will be able to take advantage of every sales opportunity and establish long-lasting business ties with all your customers as a member of the sale team. You will oversee achieving and exceeding the set sales target, providing the best standards of customer service, and generating repeat business.
You are also expected to constantly improve and update your knowledge on customer range, features and benefits, delivery service industry and technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, sales techniques and customer handling skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively look for new sales prospects through networking, social media, cold calling, and field work.
• Set up meetings with prospective customers and pay attention to their desires and concerns.
• Address complaints or objections while negotiating and closing transactions
• Keep up-to-date service knowledge and inform customers about the solutions and service tiers that are right for them.
• Develop and implement sales strategy in conjunction with the business development department.
• Process and record sales, among other administrative activities, as necessary.
• Identify sales potential with new businesses in the targeted area by researching sales figures.
Requirement:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Last-mile delivery market or 3+ years’ experience in outdoor sales (UAE).
• Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Quick learner with a passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• A candidate with a vehicle and a valid license is preferred.
