Restaurant Operation Manager

About the Client:
A well known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai
Job Description:
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience as a Restaurant Manager/Restaurant General Manager/Hospitality Manager or in any similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any culinary course is a plus
Must have extensive background in Franchise, Events management, Cost Control, Marketing and Quality Control
Knowledgeable in restaurant management software like MICORS system
