We are #Hiring! Forest Hills Dubai is looking for a Senior Sales Manager with 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate in Dubai.
π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ:
β’ Managing the sale, purchase, rental, and development of properties
β’ Hiring, training, and supervising staff members e.g., Brokers
β’ Setting targets for Brokers (Agents) and monitoring their performance against set targets
β’ Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
β’ Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
β’ Set individual sales targets with the sales team
β’ Attending Client Walk-ins, explaining the project, handling queries & closing sales.
β’ Achieving sales targets given, maximizing site visits & conversion.
Skills
β’ Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
β’ Should be able to build his own team.
β’ UAE Driving License holder
β’ Multilingual is a plus
