A Director of sales is responsible for managing all sales operations for an organization. Their duties include drafting sales reports, meeting sales targets, training and guiding the team at all levels to achieve assigned sales goals. Leadership role is required to take responsibility of Sales operations of a Real estate firm.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
2. Leading and motivating sales teams to achieve assigned Sales targets.
3. Creating systemic Monthly, Quarterly and Annual plans to achieve the sales targets.
4. Drafting detailed and accurate Sales report to Management Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales.
5. Developing training sessions which include product knowledge, motivation for the Sales team.
6. Meeting the sales managers to understand daily, weekly, monthly progress of sales teams.
7. Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty and retention and to build an image of trusted real estate brand.
8. Being updated on the latest trends in Real Estate Market.
9. Performance management of Sales team assigned.
10. Being in alignment with the Marketing team to monitor and assign leads.
