Sales Manager with Telecom/Wifi Industry Experience

EZELINK is looking to expand its Managed Services footprint in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and has developed strong relationships with customers across the Enterprise Vertical.

Business Requirements

Should have extensive experience in the enterprise WiFi domain and come from a Wireless/WiFi/Telecom background.
Knowledge from one of the Principal WiFi vendors is an added advantage.
Experience with WiFi system integration is required.
Should have 5+ Years of Sales & Business Development domain experience.
The candidate should have at least five years of UAE Market experience.
Should have at least five years of Direct Customer Facing roles.
Should have a track record of exceeding annual sales targets of $3 million or more.
Should have active contacts and network with customers directly.
Should have strong knowledge about the customer requirements across Malls, Hotels, Education, Healthcare, Transportation & Enterprise.
Should be a HUNTER, then a FARMER.
Should have an end to end understanding of the WiFi networking but not limited to Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, HSIA Bandwidth Management Gateways, Load Balancers, Switches, and Routers.
Strong knowledge of WiFi Core Technologies is an added advantage.
Know-how and awareness of IEEE Standards and WiFi 6 is an added advantage.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

HR Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or telecommunications.Masters is an added advantage.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team, no matter small or big.
Taking ownership and being accountable.
Should be able to join within 30 days.
