We are looking for a young, vibrant, and energetic receptionist who will undertake a variety of day-to-day office, admin, and coordination tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls (speaks VERY FLUENT ENGLISH-REQUIRED)
Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors
Check visitors in and direct them to specific destinations
Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
Other ad-hoc, admin, and secretarial task
Requirements:· High school diploma or college certificate required· 2-3 years of relevant experience in an clinic environment· Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint· Excellent communication skills both oral and written· Organized and resourceful
