The Job: Strategizing and executing performance driven and user-friendly 360° marketing campaigns for a market leading brand.
Key Responsibility Areas:
-Brand Strategy & Solutions – Worked closely with the revenue team in creating the right strategy, formulating innovative solutions as per brand’s requirement.
-Social Media Planning & Marketing – Ideating & executing the right communication plan across the social media handles and web & app. Work on campaign amplification ideas including and not limited to content, video integration, influencer activation, engagement ideas, UGC and more.
-Content Writing & Copywriting – Undertaking creative calls & executing all the branded content ranging from blog articles and listicles, social media copies (organic and paid) for products and services, published on web, app and social channels.
-Video Scripting & Influencer Management – Understand the brand psyche and work closely with the video team to ideate, execute video IPs, draft video scripts along with influencers across different categories to create video led content.
-Campaign Budgeting – Working with the finance team to ensure the campaign deliverables are met within the stipulated budgets and indirectly increase the revenue of the company.
-Campaign Reports & Analysis – Analyze and formulate detailed campaign report post execution.
-Client Servicing & Relationship Building – Responsible for getting new business plus repeat business. Manage relationships and liaison between various stakeholders involved in the overall execution of brand campaign i.e., Brand – Agencies – Influencers / vendors.
Skills Required:
-Brand Strategy and Marketing Communication.
-Social Media Strategy & Management.

-Video conceptualization and visualization.

-Digital Marketing.
Qualifications:
-BS/MBA in marketing from a top college/university.
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
-E-commerce/FMCG industry experience.
Compensation:
Up to AED 14,000 per month plus standard local benefits.
