Job Description:

Establish client rapport by engaging and introducing the packages, procedures, and services through sales calls.
Contact prospective clients using meetings, online, emails, or any other method suitable as assigned.
Learn about competitors’ products and consumers’ interests and concerns to answer questions and provide comprehensive information.
Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
Provide timely and accurate close deals.
Identify the target market for possible leads and customer potential
Execute processes for licenses, security, visas, establishment card, etc…
Provide a weekly Sales report with a positive goal.
Support deep-dive analysis of business problems, conclusions, and solutions.
Maintain professional standards and a positive outlook towards work, team members, and clients.
Follow-up on leads and prospects generated through any of our marketing channels.
Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Assist company executives in implementing the company’s marketing/sales goals.
Maintain relationships with existing customer base through regularly scheduled visits
Proactively make recommendations to improve direct marketing campaigns to open new channels, and increase income and cost efficiency.
Meet personal and team sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

2-3 years of UAE experience in Company Formation is a must. Working for a reputable business setup consultant is a plus.
Knowledge of: Company formation procedure both FZ and offshore, PRO services, Contract system, etc.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Develop Sales & Marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
Ability to work under pressure.
Target Oriented
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field required
IT Literate with Microsoft Office Application Tools (Knowledge of any CRM system is a plus)
