Main responsibilities:
•               Profitability and performance of a food service outlet.
•               Overseeing daily operations,
•               Customer service,
•               Staff work schedules,
•               Cashiering,
•               Food supplies,
•               Maintenance,
•               Oversees the recruitment,
•               Training and motivation of staff
•               Administrative operations.
