Position: Physician Affairs Manager
Location: Dubai
Experience 4 to 5 yrs in Healthcare
Roles and Responsibilities :
By supporting OPD management to coordinate clinic slots and patient scheduling based on utilization, while working with the call center to manage patient requests
By liaising with Nursing and administration to ensure every physician in every clinic has the resources needed
Serves as the contact person to all physicians for any issues or queries
Supports efficiency of operations by ensuring all issues are addressed while working with the following departments:
Clinic management, Patient Affairs, RCM and Billing, Nursing, Allied Health
HR Coordination:
Oversees physician schedules and hours
Coordinates physician time off – vacation and CME
Coordinate physician orientation and onboarding
Responsible for the internal referral program

Communications:
Serves as the liaison between physicians and all other departments
Serves as the primary contact for all physicians to address administrative issues
