Responsibilities

Use entrepreneurial skills to develop a sales strategy and represent the Company in the industry
Develop the sales pipeline with our existing and new clients for Roasted and Green Coffee, Café consumables, equipment, and other beverages
Analyse customer requirement
Prepare proposals and quotations for customers
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Meet and exceed targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

An entrepreneurial flair with a true passion for coffee and beverages
Experience in HORECA sector
Demonstrable track record of sales in HORECA category.
Experience in negotiating commercial terms with customers
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and maintain focus
Strong influencing and analytical skills
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to follow through
Experience of partnering with distributors and partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Focused and goal-oriented
Experience using CRM systems
MS Office
