BPG is looking for a young, dynamic Receptionist/Admin Co-ordinator to be based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). Looking for candidates based in Dubai and who can join immediately.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Admin/HR support & other adhoc jobs as and when required
Qualifications
Graduate with atleast 1 year of work experience
Pleasant personality/Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Attention to Detail
Excellent communication skills
Digital savvy
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
